This is a false review. I have not scheduled appointments to show you properties, so you must be referring to a different agent. We have 6-7 agents that show our rental properties on a regular basis. If one of the agents contacted you in an unprofessional manner and didn't show up for appointments, that is unacceptable. I am sorry about your bad experience. Please message me the agent's name that contacted you and I will look into this further.
