Showed home in 2022 in NY 11777.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsAdvertised rental price as X and encourages us to submit applications (with application fee totaling 100). After we submit our application and fee, all of a sudden the new rental price is increased by 400$. They refuse to refund the application fee.
