Real Estate Consultant

With over 20 years experience as a Realtor in Tampa Bay, I can offer you a high degree of competency.

My listings often receive multiple offers within the first week a property is listed. I don't encourage Sellers to list below market value to make an easy sale for me! I work to help Sellers gain the maximum on the sale of their current home and also assist Buyers to capture hidden deals!
