I am so shocked at this review and it saddens me greatly. The $3500 closing cost fee was on the original offer signed. This was NOT added later on. It was all communicated via phone after we had a previous termination on a contract for the SAME NET amount agreed upon. I even paid up front out of pocket for a survey to be completed and, after reimbursement, chipped in $425 of my own funds for the sellers! I truly worked hard to get this one closed and even worked and communicated as my father was in the hospital. My integrity is important, so accusations are not appreciated. Congrats on the sale of your family home.
