    Dear Mr. Thomas, Thank you for sharing your thoughts—I truly appreciate all feedback, as it helps me continue to improve the experience I provide for my clients. Regarding the property you mentioned, I did present your offer promptly to my sellers, as I do with all offers in accordance with state guidelines. A counteroffer was immediately presented, and when you responded, there was still a significant gap in terms. I communicated with your agent to let them know that my clients were not interested in making another counteroffer at that time, but I would be happy to reach out if their position changes. My goal is always to keep communication clear and timely for everyone involved. Now that the property is closed, you can see that the offer we accepted was significantly ($40,000) higher than the offer you presented. This would indicate that I am truly operating in the best interest of my clients. Please find my google review from the seller, Caitlin Williams, who was happy with her experience with me.
