Willy I hope you and your wife are doing well. I’m sorry we were unable to come to an agreement. I hope you understand I had a listing agreement with the owner to list the home as an Annual Rental for a rate $925/month. You requested an exception and stated you only wanted to rent for three months. I am obligated to get the owners approval to accommodate your short term request, and the owner opted for the price change (based on market rental rates for short term rentals). I’m sorry we couldn’t make it work and if you feel I was unclear and rude. Those were never my intentions. I was never agitated with you, I was happy to help. I hope I was able to answer every question you had and I’m sorry we couldn’t come to an agreement with the rental. I wish you and your wife the very best and I hope you make your way down to Florida soon. If you have any questions at all please reach out to me through email or phone call.
