    Caitlin, I am deeply sorry that your interpretation of the series of events that occurred has left you with a poor taste in your mouth. My clients' satisfaction and my strict adherence to ethics is my top priority, and it is clear I have failed you. I am happy to provide the many detailed notes, emails, text messages and general correspondences that paint a very clear picture of the issues with your listing. It would appear that is a gross misunderstanding of my intentions and a variety of misinformation here. If you would like to field a formal complaint, I am more than happy to remedy the situation in anyway I can. In the interim, I kindly request you refrain from online trolling and bullying, especially when slandering the name of a working professional who brought you a ready, willing and able buyer in a reasonable amount of time that you refused to work with. I hold no ill will towards you and tried incredibly hard to meet your standards and go above and beyond my duties as a realtor to assist you. It would appear my only failure here was thinking I could actually work with you, as that was a fool's errand. Best of luck.
