Thank you guys for allowing me to help you with the purchase of the home for your grandkids! It was a multifaceted and complex transaction having an existing renter in the home and sold by owner with a property management company in the middle! Being a new resident to the Panama City Beach area, I appreciated your knowledge of the area and your patience in working through all the details of handling the closing while allowing the tenants to remain in the home. It was very kind of you to allow them to stay even past their lease so they were not displaced prior to their discharge from the military. I hope your family enjoys the home for many years to come!
