I am your Southern, NH (Manchester and Nashua) Multi-family specialist. I work with clients that are new (potential FHA), seasoned veterans and all those in between.
Personally, I own two multi-family properties. I house hack one in Manchester and I also run a Seacoast two-unit that is STR (Short-Term Rental) in the summer and MTR (Medium-Term Rental) on the off seasons.
