I am so sorry that you were unhappy with your property. Unfortunately, our company does not have the authorization to repair major property issues and in this case the owner directed us not to complete the repair due to the cost associated. The charges against your deposit are verifiable and you may discuss them directly with the owner. You were never late on your rent and we do appreciate that! We are very sorry that you did not like your Candleridge home and wish you the best of luck.

I am so sorry that we were unable to connect. I worked diligently to try to find a location that would take three animals but was unable to find a rental owner willing to do so. I am so glad that you are able to buy a house and I wish you the best. The rental business is a huge part of -Angela Culpepper Realty- and I have been a property manager since 2005. No clients real estate need is too small for my diligent attention. I am sorry that we did not connect and that you feel I was unprofessional.
