I’m sorry you feel I did not want to show you the home. I screen all customers before going to show rental homes. I make sure they will be able to qualify with their credit, rental history and income, move in date and breed of pets if any. It’s a tuff business to be in and not until you have your share of experience showing rental properties you will know what obstacles we have to overcome. You said on your review you replied back and you didn’t after I reached out to you. I didn’t call you back because you sent a text message. I’m trying to save you time and Money by asking you these questions before driving to view the property for 1 and submitting an application for another. I didn’t ask what your specific credit score was? I asked how’s your credit? I didn’t ask an exact amount of how much you make? I asked if you made at least 3x the rent. These are all items you will need to pass to get qualified to rent the home. There’s no need for your false statements.
