Hello, Ms. Sara Ezell. I was shocked to see your defamatory comment on Zillow, filled with falsehoods. It seems you are among those hiding behind anonymity, attempting to damage someone’s professional reputation. I want to clarify a few points. This mountain house quickly attracted over 40 prospective tenants, primarily due to its below-market listing price, and you were among those interested. To ensure everyone had an equal opportunity to view the property, I decided to host a one-time open house. I sent the date, time, application link, and other info in advance to every prospective tenant, including you. I arrived 30 minutes early to prepare, left the gate open for the event, and concluded the open house 30 minutes later, as one of the prospective tenants arrived near closing time to take a video. Multiple groups attended, and I collected three applications that day. The landlord selected the perfect candidate shortly thereafter, leading us to promptly remove the listing from Zillow. However, you never showed up for the open house. I have a guest book from the event that confirms your absence. You were upset that the listing disappeared before you could view the house at such a great price. I am not responsible for your decision to miss the open house, nor do I deserve your false and hurtful comments. With nearly 20 years of experience serving the South Bay, I take pride in my spotless record and five-star reviews, all of which have been negatively impacted by your actions. Nineteen other five-star reviews attest to my credentials as a top agent, and I trust that other ppl will not believe your claims. My diligent efforts to communicate with all 40 candidates, including you, demonstrate my commitment. It’s important to remember that trolling is a malicious act that can severely harm innocent individuals and their careers. If you like the house and initially agree to the following criteria, feel free to start processing the applications after visiting the open house this Sunday from 2-3 pm. Please fill out the application form on the website if you are over 18. **Extract the specific criteria while adhering to the word limit here on Zillow, and the rest will continue.
