In this case, we reached out multiple times before important contingency deadlines to make sure you were comfortable moving forward and explained the terms of the contract thoroughly. The sellers completed all required repairs, and your lender gave final approval to close, leaving us little room to make changes late in the process. We know buying a home can feel overwhelming, and we do our best to support our clients—even covering additional costs out of pocket when needed.
