This person was shown the property and had several inquiries and showings, my father-in-law is the owner and he rented it someone he showed the property and rented the house to the person he showed it to. by the time I sent the rental application that same day or so. property was rented. It was shown to him, he liked the home but was rented soon after. can only rent to one tenant, no need to get mad at me and say I did not do my job because you did not get the property.
