I did not represent this individual. I represented the landlord. The situation that this individual speaks of was all resolved within 24 hours and they signed and agreed to the resolution to terminate a lease a day before it commenced. I am sorry that they believe they were wronged, but the decisions made were not on my hands. Various statements made in this individual’s review were not true, especially having not contacted anyone or not caring about the situation.
