Unfortunately, this defamatory review was inappropriately posted to my profile. This was neither a client nor a customer of mine. The person who wrote the review, who is notably anonymous, was livid that they had reached an exclusive buyers agent rather than the listing agent for the property they were inquiring about. They could not understand why Zillow would post my profile next to someone else's listing and they were under the impression that I in some way controlled its placement (not Zillow). I treated this person with a greater level of respect than I received from them and offered to assist them with their inquiry. Unfortunately, people like this do exist out there and Zillow does not appear to have the ability to control the review process. The other reviews on my site were written by people that I have worked with (clients) and are reflective of my level of service and my professionalism.
