This tenant failed to follow her lease agreement and is in fact lying in her review here. She, in fact, received a deposit refund, minus proper deduction resulting from her failure to move out on time, and leaving the property dirty and damaged. Her son, after move-out, entered the property with a key she failed to return and held a drinking, drug and sex perty, which was broken up by police and is currently under criminal investigation by the Austin police.
