This review was from the mother of a buyer who did not use my services and did not purchase a home from my company. Zillow still thinks this is good business to post reviews from Non-customers. Zillow's TOS clearly states they will not post negative feedback from buyers on listing agents, but Zillow fails to follow their own rules. Administration fees are charged by most real estate companies.
