A native of New Smyrna Beach, FL, I enlisted in the United States Navy in 1997 after working as an ocean rescue lifeguard for Volusia County Beach Department for 3 years. Having completed more than 22 years of Naval service my wife, Candice, and our 3 boys have had the opportunity to live in places such as California, Hawaii, Oklahoma and Virginia before finally returning closer to "home" with a final assignment in Jacksonville, FL.
