I’m sorry to hear you feel disappointed in the process. My goal is always to represent my clients with professionalism, integrity, and to secure the best possible outcome. In this case, the property received two offers a month apart confirming its true market value at the same price point. When we went into escrow for the 2nd time, and I represented both sides, the commission was reduced from 5% to 4% as a courtesy, but we are unable to reduce it further just before or after closing, as those terms had already been agreed upon. I understand this may have been frustrating, but I truly worked to get your home sold and honored my commitments throughout the transaction. I wish you the very best moving forward.
