Britnee did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our condo. Her expertise in the market was instrumental while our research. Britnee was very involved in offer making and all closing processes. This is our first condo and we did not know any of the procedures which can be very overwhelming and complicated. Britnee was very patient with us and super helpful along the way. She had been very responsive, friendly and always had the answers and good advices to our millions of questions. It was such a pleasure working with Britnee! Britnee was knowledgeable and so generous in sharing her knowledge with us. Starting with the first house we viewed together, she taught us how to look at the foundation of a home, seismic retrofitting needs, and potential water damage. We learned to not fall for the shiny new fixtures and tile, but to look for meaningful upgrades that improve the condition of the home and, typically, cost more. She was also very knowledgeable about the housing market, in many areas including Albany, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Richmond Annex, and Oakland. Britnee made us feel like we had a partner in our home search. We regularly shared new listings with her and vice versa and received feedback. She was flexible in scheduling to meet with us to view different homes during the week, in the evenings, and weekends. Luckily, she prevented us from getting too excited and overpaying on a home given neighborhood comps. We felt so lucky to work with someone who was patient, knowledgeable, and excellent in negotiating.

I had a great experience working with Britnee through the process of buying my first home. I did not have any knowledge of how to go about the process and Britnee was patient with me at every step, providing a breakdown of everything I would expect in the lending and escrow process, options on lenders knowledgeable with the Oakland market, and extra information on any properties I was interested in. She was also very quick and communicative with all the questions I had and would be able to make herself available when needed if I wanted tours of certain properties and even more so in the closing/escrow process. I greatly appreciate all of her efforts and work to make my first-time home-buying process easy and smooth, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell their home in the Oakland/East Bay area.
