Hello Lee. We are truly sorry to see that you feel this way about the service you received. We would never want this to be the outcome. We care very deeply for our clients and their best outcomes. We do want to shed some light on this review, how we see what transpired from beginning to end. We communicated all the way through from the first meeting till the day of closing and even afterwards. We provided the Zillow package to you, and you were very pleased with the results of the media. We marketed the home when it best fit your timeline, communicated and requested approval of all showings, and acquired multiple offers. We negotiated strongly upon inspection and request for repairs for a favorable outcome. Yes, at the time of inspection and beyond, the communication was with your spouse, as you were very busy with the move. That remained the case through closing, as you found it to be in your best interest to meet with the attorney early to make the trip to NC before the set time to close. We met with your spouse at the signing of your paperwork, made sure all went well at the house with the walk-through, and attended the actual closing. From inspection forward, there were 53 text messages and many phone calls from there forward regarding the process and to communicate every step or change that was taking place. We did try to accomplish the need to close earlier on the day of closing, but the buyer was simply not able to do what you had hoped for. We are sorry that was an inconvenience to you on your closing in NC. We did make sure the attorney moved swiftly here once the buyer completed the process to accomplish your closing in NC. Now that the move is behind you, we do hope you and your fur babies thoroughly enjoy your newly constructed home in your new community.
