    Back to back closings were in play;buyer cheevo put an offer contin on sale of his property; P&S agmt had specific dates/timelines; as cheevo's agent I was able to nego w/Seller for financing & EXTRA time;as closing neared, buyer cheevo's other trans w/different title co held up docs; Seller's title co waiting on cheevos title co for docs; so Seller would have funds to pay dep/rent for new res.Seller contacted Agent Beverly about delay;Seller's title co said that cheevos title co had not sent needed docs. Upon Seller's req, Agent Beverly called the other title co, made a doc inq; Agent Beverly never intervened into cheevos real estate dealings. A false acusation by cheevo. Back2back trans require all docs keep moving - espec w/timeline/ clsg date. Seller had anxiety over buyer cheevo's delay & insisted that I find out what/why. ;Most just don't fully understand what happens for back2back real est trans to close- & want to blame the agent which is unfortunate.
