Sir, I attempted to answer EVERY question that you asked, and thought I had done so. Concerning the question about the repaired floor, I did not have an answer, (because I do not proclaim to be a carpenter), but I DID get that info for you, right?....I also helped you get pre-approved with your financing...right? Maybe using an out of state company to buy the house I showed you was the best thing for both of us....thank you, and enjoy the home.
