Mr. Brooks contacted me on a 08/02. I did not answer; I do have a life and am not required to answer every call. Mr. Brooks’ contact information was given to an Agent, Vicky Lawson, so he could be assisted in a timely manner. Before Ms. Lawson could call him 08/04, Mr. Brooks contacted me, at which point, I disclosed all materials facts, as I am required to do. For public clarity, issues which include: no tile, an encroaching septic distribution box, septic distribution lines, spring water, swimming pool, and driveway. Mr. Brooks then scheduled an appointment with Vicky Lawson for 08/07. An appointment, you did not show up for. Mr. Brooks did not contact us again till 08/18. I submitted your offer on 08/19. I am assuming that because the Seller did not make a reply to your offer quick enough to satisfy you, you left a negative, untruthful review. You are welcome to seek another Realtor to represent you. You are making untrue remarks that could be considered as Slander.
