If you submitted an application through Zillow, you may have been charged Zillow’s own application and screening fee. That payment does not come to our company — it goes directly to Zillow for processing credit and background checks. We don't charge application fees. In some cases, Zillow has listed us as the agent on a property that we do not actually manage, which can understandably cause confusion for both sides. Could you let us know which property you applied for so we can look into it and help clarify? We may be able to shed some light on the situation or get a response for you.
