I usually don’t allow people that have never worked with me to leave a review but this one is a good public reminder. I too have lost loved ones (mom and sister) and would never be vindictive to try and hurt someone’s business like this immature review. And since I never worked with this person, she obviously doesn’t know my knowledge or expertise-but all of my other 5 star reviews and large amount of successful closings prove. To be accurate, the (recorded) conversation went more like this: this lady calls and I pull up the information and try to educate her on the selling process from a Trust. And instead of her learning, she actually accuses me of pushback as I’m trying to determine if she’s even allowed to sell the property. When she says “I can call another agent” in which I replied- “please do. I’m too busy to work with someone that is going to be this difficult”. There are four reasons properties don’t sell: price, how it shows, the exposure and emotion. She later left me a weird-almost crazy VM on how she would write me a bad google review and when she wasn't successful there-came on to zillow. I almost decided to not reply but wanted to use this as experience to educate the public. Clearly, this is a good example of how someone will put their emotions above clarity to handle business.
