I spent 7-8 hours in consultation at the property with both sellers home prior to listing this home, but this seller did not join the discussion. I was unable to find any unanswered emails (seller, please let me know if you used a different email address?). I was at closing, but did arrive a few minutes later than expected because I was cleaning out the property so it would be in compliance with the contract. This family was a referral from a childhood friend & past client, so I particularly wanted to make this a great experience for them. Unfortunately, there are many factors in the home buying-selling process that I cannot control, such as buyers'/sellers' motivation to make a transaction work, a home's condition, or ultimately any of the decisions that any party makes regardless of my advice. I wish this seller had come to me with concerns during the transaction so that we could have addressed them as they were happening & made this a better experience!
