This is an interesting 'review' and quite erroneous. Contrary to her first line in her review that she never posts negative reviews this woman has written plenty of negative reviews, . She wrote a bad review on 12 other realtors, one being Danny Escalante of Global Connection Realty, who happens to be an excellent realtor. To address her review, quite frankly, she had bad credit and she wanted to give weekly deposits for her security deposit. No owner/landlord will approve this type of deal. She also made remarks about Bruce being on vacation in December. Not true. Also, she said she spoke to his wife. Bruce Lazar is not married. We have been in business since 1981 and enjoy a great reputation. We are here to help buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. It's our job. Sometimes you just run into crazy. She didn't even have the decency to list her name so other realtors could avoid her and her bad credit and no money.
