Thank you in previewing this apartment. I appreciate your positive comments on being responsive, flexible, and easy to work with. Sorry, you were disappointed in other parts of the tour. The owners of this triplex have not invested in Radon Testing or others they own. Radon testing is not required per city code. I have passed your concern to the owner. We are subject to bi-annual inspections from building safety and passed. This home was built in the 1940's and does have some uniqueness. The general contractor feels the slope in the dining room could be due to what once was a back entrance that was converted into living space, the transition is the levels of the subfloor being at two levels. The property owner will make other repairs you had pointed out on the door lock and railing. I find at times people like to tour without having someone over there shoulder, this was my reason for waiting by the entrance. I wish you much success in your new position and finding a nice home.
