This person is not even my client. She is just the tenant that my buyer rented the home to. I have a signed receipt from the title company that the buyer received all the HOA rules and regulations from them prior to closing escrow. The house was vacant during our entire escrow process and was in the same exact condition at closing as it was when we made the offer with the only exception being that the plastic flourescent light fixture cover had fallen and broken which I had immediately replaced ($5 item) at no expense to the buyer. Both myself and the lender were in contact with with the buyer by phone, text, and email multiple times per week throughout the entire escrow period. I have spoken to the buyer and he has asked the tenant, Jessica, to remove the negative review. He said "some people are just never happy". This is the second home Sylvester has purchased with me and he is happy with my services.
