Buying or selling a home is often one of the largest financial decisions people make. My goal is to provide thoughtful advice—not pressure—so clients understand their options and can make confident decisions. Whether it's pricing strategy, inspections, negotiations, or evaluating a home's long-term value, I enjoy helping clients navigate the details.
