Formal Dispute Statement This individual was a solar salesman with V3 Electric who arrived at my home at approximately 10 PM, waking up my 7- and 9-year-old children. After being asked multiple times to leave, he refused and instead became aggressive, making false claims that he was going to “red tag” my house and shut my power off. He further claimed he was working with the DCA while making these threats. We have video evidence of this individual refusing to leave, as well as footage of him later sitting in front of my home, talking to himself and making threatening statements about me in my professional capacity as a broker. A police report has been filed, and the matter is currently under active investigation. It is important to make absolutely clear: I have never sold this person a house, never listed a house with him, and have never had any professional dealings with him whatsoever. This was a frightening and unprovoked incident that has also been reported by multiple other neighbors and local businesses. This review is false, misleading, and retaliatory. It is an attempt to damage my reputation based on a personal confrontation that has no connection to my professional business. Given the threats, the late-night harassment, and the fact that this individual has no legitimate relationship to my services, I am formally requesting that this review be removed immediately. I can provide the police report and video evidence to verify this matter.
