I will never refuse to show appropriate properties to clients who come prepared with a letter from their lender showing they have been pre-qualified or with a letter showing proof of funds for a cash buyer. I have an obligation to the seller of any listed property to make sure I am showing it to someone who is ready, willing and able to buy it. I will refuse to show property to buyers that cannot meet the criteria to buy that property as it is a disservice to all involved. Any professional agent would abide by those same guidelines.
