Lyn, thank you for taking the time to draft this review. The zip code above that you notated as seeing a home with me during 2024 is not an area of town in which Regency Homes builds. Us builder reps are employees of Regency, therefore only show models/spec homes within the areas that we hold lots within. None of those lots/builds are in 68154. I would make sure to double check your correspondence to ensure you just reviewed the correct agent, as I have looked through my database and have no notation of your information within it.
