Responsible to list and sell REO properties. Duties include but not limited to; evictions, repairs, marketing and closing processes. Familiar with all aspects of the REO cycle. Work directly with asset managers to ensure successful sales of the assets. Provide MMR's, and BPO's, on a monthly basis or as needed. Ensure utilities are turned on and paid.
