The person who wrote this review was a Seller and not a client of mine. I have never met or talked with this person. My client was the Buyer, who is very happy with the results of this transaction and is continuing to partner with me for their next transaction. My obligation is always to honor the confidentiality and best interests of my client in perpetuity. Communication with all of my clients is excellent. This person is disappointed that I did not communicate better with the Seller, which is not my role in a real estate transaction. I regret that both sides did not share the same joy. My goal is always to have open communication, a friendly environment, and a smooth transition.
