No one can please everyone; however, I do feel for this seller. I provide information on the current real estate market, a listing value based on recent sales, and make suggestions that help clients maximize the return on their investment. At a listing appointment, I discuss features that will be included in the description. Sellers are always provided a copy to review and revisions that enhance the listing are made. After a member of my family died, this client expressed concern I might not be able to provide the level of service expected. I offered to allow a team member to take over the transaction and the client declined. This home was under contract in 9 days. I identify potential buyers, market accordingly, regularly share feedback and discuss any actions or adjustments the client might wish to consider. I provide expert advice so sellers can achieve the outcome they desire. Clients decide if they wish to follow my advice.
