Review from prospective tenants who were not selected on my property. This review serves as a gold medal in the Olympics of foresight, proving that my instinct to sidestep potential migraines was a winning move. It seems this prospective tenant fancied themselves a leasing maestro, orchestrating term changes and price re-negotiations like a composer tweaking a symphony after the first rehearsal – alas, my property is not a musical, and the lease isn't up for a remix. I'm glad! :)
