Thank you for your feedback. Respectfully this has nothing to do with experience or "my way." We had a very competitive seller's market. Homes were selling with multiple offers hundreds of thousands above asking. I provided local market data and comps that were of no interest to this client. He was looking for a deal in a market did not have any. Furthermore it was his father (that I never met) who was actually purchasing the home. I was never in contact with the actual buyer. I merely showed homes to the buyer's son. The buyer's son wanted to have an appraisal performed on a property before his father had seen the home or was even interested in writing an offer. Although this is unheard of, I still asked the listing agent and the sellers if we could perform the appraisal. The sellers and listing agent would NOT agree to let me order an appraisal until after an offer was placed. They did not think the client's son was serious. I do wish them the best!
