I’m sorry to hear that you feel this way. However, as outlined in your lease agreement, you had a contractual obligation to pay your rent on time. Unfortunately, your failure to do so was the reason the property owner and I were left with no choice but to pursue legal action to recover possession of the property. Both the owner and I invested significant time, effort, and financial resources to resolve this matter through the proper legal channels. Additionally, it was brought to our attention that, during this time, you chose to allocate funds toward the purchase of a home nearby rather than fulfill your rental obligations. We sincerely wish you and your family the best in your new home. However, we kindly remind you that there remains an outstanding rent balance owed to the property owner. We respectfully request that this amount be paid in full as soon as possible to close this matter appropriately. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.
