I'm sorry you feel this way sir. Unfortunately there was a lot of misunderstandings between you & I. Every "question about the contract" you would ask was associated with the LOAN & those were questions you needed to ask the lender himself. This was information that I could not provide to you & the lenders were not going to share personal information with me. Second, for each time you DID have a question about the contract I made sure I answered any questions you had. Must I also remind you that I was at your new construction site once a week to keep you updated? You were at the site EVERY DAY when in reality there is no need to visit the site every day. And third, this man gets mad at me AFTER closing because I would not share my commission with him even AFTER all the hard work I put in to keep this deal going. He stated that he wanted my commission to "expand his deck in his backyard." What an audacity!! I sincerely apologize if my services did not meet your needs, however I personally believe you were also a very ungrateful man. Good luck to you sir and best wishes for you in the future.
