Ciro currently resides in Central New York with his wife Erica and Son, "Little" Ciro. He attended Notre Dame High School and studied Criminal Justice at M.V.C.C. Although Ciro is very proud of his "Utica Roots", he offers extensive knowledge of neighborhoods and business districts throughout the Mohawk Valley.
