Hello, I am sorry you feel this way. However, this review is inaccurate as I did not represent you in this transaction and we had no direct communication. I did not hold the keys. I removed my lockbox from the house and told your agent you could pick the key up from our office as I am absolutely allowed to do and that is common practice in our area. I even told her I’d be happy to meet you at the property to give you the key. I’m sorry if she told you something else, but I did not hold the key.
