Michele Cool

I am a licensed real estate agent and self employed Property Manager. Currently I manage a 50 unit Section-8 Project Based Housing Complex.  I  possess certifications as a HUD landlord, a  Public Housing Specialist and a  Grant Writer. I am also a former Tax Assessor (2011-2015).  I enjoy renovating houses, decorating and working in tenant relations. My goal is to provide efficient, economical  and upscale accommodations for my tenants.
