This person was never a client of mine. He booked a hotel property through a site I've never heard of (Cheapair.com according to him). His booking agent then booked one of my properties with a non-refundable cancellation. There is no provision for any changes at all, so I don't know what they may have told him regarding making changes. When the booking was cancelled there was no refund, as agreed. I'm not sure who this person is. He isn't a client of mine. He should be working with CheapAir for any accommodations he needs with the reservation he made.
