First & foremost, this is absolutely not even close to being accurate information! We work under brokers and their requirements, like i had explained mine requires exclusive agency, most do! I'm also explained the new laws that is mandatory and to research them on NAR for you to review the for yourself! Anyone who has worked with and is currently working with me knows this is far from the truth and you're just spitting lies!
