Dan. Thanks for your feedback. However, I never represented you as an agent(I represented the owner) so I'm a little confused why your reviewing me. After agreeing to terms the night before you decided to change our agreement to which my client declined. We cannot Pend a property(take off market) without all deposit monies upfront. Finally, the property has been under contract for weeks. I procured a tenant the next day we declined your proposal. Thanks and good luck to you!
