I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed, and I genuinely share your frustration that the home hasn’t sold yet. However, several points in your review are inaccurate. All showings were scheduled and confirmed through our office per your request, including sending agent cards and notifying you in advance so you could prepare and pack up your cats. You chose not to use a lockbox or give us a key, instead you asked to open the door for the agents and leave during showings. Throughout our time working together, no concerns were raised. After I relayed delicate feedback about odors noted by a buyer to your wife—shared respectfully to help improve results, our relationship changed. I never intended to offend, only to be honest in order to help find a solution. After that, you both avoided communication and I was concerned about giving you constructive feedback in fear that it would be taken personally. You declined a pricing discussion in April and didn’t open the market reports I sent. Claims about pressure, requests to supervise other agent's appointments, or negative emails are simply untrue, and we have documentation showing our efforts, including 23-25 showings, follow-ups, and ongoing support. The legal notice was a standard reminder of your agreement with my company, not a threat. Meanwhile, you threatened negative reviews unless my company canceled your listing. We did our best under difficult circumstances, including your supervised open house and acting as my apprentice..although highly unusual, we were cooperative and professional and agreed to your supervision. Limited showing access and a 24-hour notice, no signage rule (at first), no open houses (at first), deferred home maintenance, missing kitchen oven, and some cosmetic issues, added to the complexity of selling your home. Our intent was always to help you succeed, and I sincerely wish you the best in selling your home with the next agent.
