Hi Jane, Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to take a moment to clarify the situation regarding the scheduled tour. Prior to the appointment, you were made aware of my firm’s requirements for touring, as well as the fact that the tour would be canceled if those requirements were not met. Despite that, you still arrived at the property. At the time of your arrival, I was with another client and therefore unable to respond to your calls immediately. However, all necessary information had been provided to you beforehand. If you had originally toured with another broker, it would have been appropriate to contact that broker to conduct your most recent visit. I strive to provide a professional and seamless experience for all clients and appreciate your understanding of the procedures in place to ensure that.
